Bombardier’s
SAP-Value Chain
Management is a multi-million euro 5 year global business
re-engineering
project. It’s mandate is to enhance productivity and
profitability by
streamlining and integrating processes using a state of the art SAP ERP
system.
Since its beginning, two major implementations have been carried out,
impacting 7 plants in Germany
and approximately 2500 end-users.
